Transactional and marketing sends via Postmark. The agent drafts and sends (or queues for approval) sequences, follow-ups, and one-to-one replies—scoped to templates and suppression lists you control. 10,000 emails per month included in the base plan; overage at $1.80 per 1,000.

Outbound messaging via Twilio, managed by Swift Media. Appointment reminders, campaign blasts, or individual follow-ups within policy. Usage-based—no SMS usage in a given month means no SMS charge.

Inbound routing

Every website contact form and inbound message streams into your team's Swift Chat channel. No more scattered inboxes: triage, assign, and respond where your staff already works—with optional agent-suggested replies waiting in the thread.
